“ La domenica Delle Salme  “

Dir. by Lucian Alexandrov

New Orleans – Present Day: The half-Haitian HARRIET LONGBOURNE (24) sprints hastily along the street of the French Quarter with her Haitian grandmother, YSABEAU, a renowned healer in the French Quarter and in the swamps. Tourists are mesmerized by Ysabeau. To the locals, she is everybody’s friend and one who must be respected. That afternoon Ysabeau is to rid Harriet’s best friend’s new gay bar of the spirits inhabiting it. SEBASTIAN (25), an African American, also lives with his grandmother, OLLA MAE. As neighbors, there is great love between Ysabeau and Olla Mae and their two grandchildren. After her mother’s death when Harriet was eleven, she had chosen to live with Ysabeau instead of her financially driven father, GABE. At school she was bullied by the wicked ‘evil in a Tiffany’s box’ DEBORAH TROUT. REIN, Deborah’s social climbing mother, began wooing Gabe at Harriet’s mother’s funeral. To Harriet’s horror, Gabe married Rein, tying her and the wicked Deborah together for a lifetime. The only thing Deborah and Harriet had in common was their crush on a very sweet, well connected young boy, CHARLES WICKHAM-TAYLOR. Harriet’s childhood dream was to marry Charles and run Ysabeau’s Voudou store in The French Quarter.

The video is a dystopic story about an alien doctor who gets some dead humans to analyze and finds out something disturbing about them.
